Refund policy

Grandpa's Candy Corner takes great pride in the products we carry & ship. We ship only the best to you, & it is packaged with the best care! We ship orders no later than 3-4 days after orders are received! Depending on the weather at our location or yours, your order may come with an ice pack(s) to be able to best protect your treats from the hot heat during shipping.

We also offer a cheaper delivery service for a 30 mile radius of Larned, KS. Orders over $20 qualify for FREE delivery. Orders will also be delivered in 3-4 days.

We are not responsible for damage to the item when it was shipped or when delivered to an empty location. We are not responsible for any allergic reactions or medical issues that  happen when using or consuming the product. If you believe you received a product with an issue, please reach out, we would be happy to help you get in contact with the manufacturing facility or the shipment facility. If you have an issue with your product or the shipment. We would be happy to discuss it with you.
